Full-Time Performance Video Editor (E-commerce / Meta Ads)

We’re hiring a full-time video editor for direct-response e-commerce ads.
This is not a branding role and not an organic content role.
You’ll be editing paid social creatives designed to test hooks, angles, offers, pacing, and CTR/CPA performance.
What you’ll do
We give you scripts (hook + body) and our product footage.
You research and source extra visuals that fit the script: stock/B-roll, CC0/public-domain footage, or creator clips with permission.
You combine sourced visuals with our product shots to build converting ad creatives.
Deliver multiple testable variants based on hook, angle, offer, and CTA changes.
Add burned-in captions + SRT.
Export in 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 with clean file naming ready for structured A/B testing.
What we need
Proven experience editing direct-response Meta ads for e-commerce/DTC brands.
Strong footage sourcing instincts. You know how to find visuals that make a script hit harder.
Fast iteration speed and clear English communication.
Available full-time with at least 4 hours/day overlap with CET.
Comfortable working in CapCut Pro.
