We are a growing US real estate investment company looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to help with lead generation and acquisitions for off-market properties.

???? Responsibilities:
• Lead generation (cold calling, SMS, skip tracing follow-up)
• Dispositions (buyer outreach, email blasts, managing investor lists)
• CRM management (Podio, REI Reply, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Marketing tasks (email campaigns, property postings, social media)
• Basic comping + property research
• Seller follow-up + appointment setting
• Data entry + organization

? Requirements:
• Strong English speaking & writing skills
• Experience in real estate wholesaling or acquisitions/dispositions
• Comfortable on the phone (outbound + inbound)
• Familiar with CRMs
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
• Coachable, organized, and consistent
• Able to work U.S. hours (or overlap)

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Performance bonuses available
