Recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our team.

Your main responsibility will be to find and recruit talent for different roles as needed (e.g., designers, outreachers, marketers). You will actively search in forums, groups, job boards, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.

Your tasks include:

Sourcing candidates from various online platforms
Reaching out and communicating with candidates daily on telegram
Qualifying candidates through questions and skill assessments
Testing their abilities when necessary
Maintaining consistent follow-up until they are ready to join the team

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Ability to identify and qualify talent effectively
Fast response time and daily availability
Highly responsible and organized
Available 7 days per week, minimum 8 hours per day

Compensation:

$300/month base salary + $50 for each candidate you recruit who stays in the team for at least 1 month
Base salary can increase if you are committed.
