The Guest Posting & Blogger Outreach Specialist is responsible for building high-quality backlinks and increasing brand visibility through strategic outreach, relationship building, and content placement on reputable blogs, media platforms, and industry websites. This role plays a key part in improving SEO performance, domain authority, and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Blogger Outreach & Relationship Management
- Identify and research relevant bloggers, publishers, influencers, and website owners within target industries.
- Conduct outreach campaigns via
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with blog owners and digital publishers.
- Negotiate guest post placements, collaborations, and content partnerships.
- Maintain an organized outreach database and contact lists.
Guest Posting & Link Building
- Secure high-quality guest post placements on authoritative websites.
- Coordinate with content writers to ensure articles meet publisher guidelines.
- Ensure backlinks meet SEO best practices and company standards.
- Monitor live links and verify successful publication.
- Track link-building performance and domain authority improvements.
Content Coordination
- Develop guest post topics aligned with SEO strategy and brand messaging.
- Review content to ensure quality, originality, and relevance.
- Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams on keyword targeting.
- Ensure anchor text distribution follows SEO guidelines.
SEO & Reporting
- Perform competitor backlink analysis.
- Track outreach success rates and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly or monthly outreach and backlink reports.
- Use SEO tools to evaluate website authority and link quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years experience in guest posting, link building, or blogger outreach.
- Strong understanding of SEO and off-page optimization strategies.

Preferred Skills:
