AI/UGC ads creator for E-COMMERCE

We are looking for a talented and driven Full-Time AI Video Ads Creator to join our team on a long-term basis. This is a serious position with a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

What you'll be working on:
You will be responsible for creating high-converting video ads across a wide variety of products and niches, using the latest AI tools to produce and deliver quality content consistently.

Creating compelling short-form video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Producing UGC-style content that feels authentic and drives results
Using AI tools (CapCut, Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or similar) to enhance and speed up production
Writing hooks, scripts, and captions tailored to each product and audience
Adapting content based on performance feedback


What we're looking for:

Proven experience creating video ads for e-commerce or digital marketing
Strong command of AI video tools and eagerness to stay ahead of new technologies
A sharp eye for what makes an ad stop the scroll
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver consistent quality
Good written communication in English
Based in the Philippines
