About The Role
I'm looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to help me scale outreach for my Airbnb property management business. You'll be sending personalised messages to landlords and property owners on Instagram,
This is a straightforward, script-based role. Your job is to follow the processes, send quality messages, track responses, and help me connect with potential clients who might benefit from our service.
What You'll Be Doing
Sending personalised outreach messages to targeted landlords and property owners on Instagram,
Following pre-written scripts I provide (you'll adapt names, details, and personalisation points)
Manage outreach lists - I'll provide you with contact lists; you'll work through them systematically
Track and log responses in a simple spreadsheet (e.g. number of messages sent, contact details, whether they responded positively or declined/ignored)
Flag interested leads for me to follow up with directly
Maintain professional, friendly communication that represents my brand well
Work within platform limits to avoid spam flags or account restrictions
Requirements
Essential:
Fluent English (written) - messages must be natural, grammatically correct, and professional
Experience with messaging on Instagram,
Attention to detail - you can personalise messages accurately (names, company names, specifics)
Reliable and consistent - you can commit to 100 messages a day
Good communication - you respond promptly and keep me updated on progress
Comfortable with repetitive tasks - this is high-volume outreach, so you need to be consistent and disciplined
Highly Desirable:
Previous experience in cold outreach and lead generation
Familiarity with property management, real estate, or landlord niches
Experience using spreadsheets to track outreach
Knowledge of Instagram/Facebook messaging best practices to avoid spam filters
What I'll Provide You
Pre-written outreach scripts (you'll adapt with names and personalisation)
Contact lists with names, account handles, and any relevant details
Clear instructions on how to personalise and send messages
A simple tracking template to log responses
Ongoing support - I'm available to answer questions and refine the process

Deliverables & Expectations
Send 100 personalized messages per day
Maintain a daily activity log showing:
Number of messages sent
Number of responses received
Number of interested leads flagged
Name and contact details of lead for follow up
Flag interested leads within 24 hours so I can follow up quickly
Respond to any clarifying questions from contacts professionally (using guidance I provide)
Work Schedule & Commitment
40 hours per week (flexible schedule, but consistent output required)
100 messages per day target
Preferred working hours: UK time 9am-5pm
Availability for brief weekly check-ins via WhatsApp to sync on progress
This post is for 1 month initially, with the potential for a longer term agreement dependant on the success during this month
