JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing home organization business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support scheduling, client communication, and administrative organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and schedule appointments using Square Appointments
* Respond to and organize emails in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to confirm bookings
* Maintain accurate and organized tracking of client interactions
* Coordinate scheduling

Additional Responsibilities (as needed):

* Support social media engagement (responding to comments, DMs, and basic interactions)
* Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure timely responses and consistency

Expectations:

* Strong responsiveness during working hours
* Daily end-of-day (EOD) summary submitted before end of day
* Ability to follow processes and work independently
* High attention to detail and organization

Requirements:

* Experience with scheduling tools (Square, Calendly, or similar)
* Strong written communication skills
* Experience managing email inboxes
* Reliable internet and consistent availability

This is a part-time role (15–30 hours per week) with potential for long-term growth.
