Part-Time Developer (5–10 hrs/week) – Build a Simple CRM System

Hi — I’m building a simple CRM system step-by-step for trades businesses (builders, landscapers, etc.), and I’m looking for a reliable developer to work with me long-term.
This is NOT a high-pressure full-time role.
I want someone consistent, honest, and easy to work with.
