Livestream Operations Manager (onsite at Parañaque)

We run live commerce operations across multiple countries and platforms, and we need an experienced Livestream Operations Manager to keep everything running smoothly. You'll manage session flow, lead and support the hosting team, onboard new livestreamers, and step on camera yourself when needed.

IMPORTANT: This role requires prior experience in both livestreaming and operations management. You must be confident on camera and equally confident running the show behind it.

Job Scope:
- Coordinate and manage livestream schedules across platforms and markets
- Ensure smooth execution of sessions — briefing hosts, monitoring quality, and troubleshooting in real time
- Sub in as a livestream host when needed
- Onboard and guide new livestreamers on workflows, platform tools, brand standards, and live selling techniques
- Monitor concurrent live streams and provide real-time support to hosts
- Track performance metrics and compile regular reports with insights
- Maintain and improve SOPs for all livestream operations
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and supply chain teams to align promotions and logistics

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a livestream host or live commerce presenter — confident and comfortable on camera
- Prior experience in livestream operations or e-commerce operations management
- Able to onboard and coach new livestreamers effectively
- Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar live selling platforms
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Proactive and solutions-focused with a high sense of ownership

Note:
- Full-time basis – 6 hrs/day (with 1 hr break), 6 working days within a Monday–Sunday window
- Shifts are between 8am and 10pm (Philippine Standard Time) — specific schedule to be discussed
- 14 days of Paid Annual Leave and Paid Public Holidays (all major holidays in the Philippines) included
