The Aftercare Academy delivers clinically grounded education for qualified therapists, focused on safe, structured Manual Lymphatic Therapy and postoperative care. We help therapists progress from uncertainty to confident, ethical practice through clear teaching, professional standards, and real clinical experience.
The Role
I’m looking for a Social Media Manager to take ownership of our content execution — turning ideas and raw material into consistent, well-presented posts that build trust and drive workshop/masterclass enquiries.
This is not a “trendy” beauty brand. The tone needs to feel professional, calm, educational, and credible.
Key Responsibilities (Core)
Content planning + scheduling for Instagram &
Create and publish reels, carousels, and posts from provided topics, voice notes, rough copy, and existing assets
Write strong, clear captions with appropriate CTAs (without hype)
Community management: respond to comments/DMs (within agreed boundaries), flag clinical questions for escalation
Maintain brand consistency (voice, formatting, cleanliness, professionalism)
Track performance and share simple weekly insights: what’s working, what to repeat, what to stop
Nice-to-Haves
Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form posts
Basic video editing (CapCut/Veed) and clean subtitle formatting
Canva confidence (templates, simple on-brand layouts)
