JOB OVERVIEW

This is not a beginner role.

We are hiring a small number of serious outbound callers to join our U.S.-based team. We already have 15 active callers and are expanding with select additions only.

If you are consistent, coachable, and results-driven, this is a long-term position.
If not, do not apply.

The Role

You will:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. consumers
• Follow a structured script (no freelancing)
• Ask direct qualification questions
• Identify qualified prospects quickly
• Execute clean, efficient live transfers
• Log accurate notes in the CRM

This is a performance role, not a casual calling job.

Performance Expectations

• High daily call volume
• Fast qualification (no unnecessary conversation)
• Strong control of the call
• Clean handoffs to senior team

You are measured on:

Consistency

Transfer quality

Activity level

Compensation

• $3–$5/hour (based on experience)
• $5–$10 per qualified transfer
• Weekly pay
• Additional incentives for top performers

Top callers increase income through volume and efficiency.

• Clear, professional English (U.S. call standard)
• Proven cold calling / telemarketing experience
• Ability to control conversations and stay on script
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Noise-free workspace
• Availability during U.S. business hours
