???? Remote Outbound Caller — Stable Work + Weekly Pay + Bonuses

We are a U.S.-based company hiring full-time remote callers to join our outbound team.

We currently have a team of 15 callers and are expanding.

If you are consistent, reliable, and comfortable on the phone, this is a long-term opportunity with steady hours and bonus income.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not a sales-heavy role.

Your responsibility is to:

• Call U.S. consumers using our dialer
• Start a simple conversation (script provided)
• Ask a few quick qualification questions
• Identify interested prospects
• Transfer qualified calls to our senior team

You are the first point of contact. Your job is to open the door.

Compensation

• $3–$5/hour (based on experience)
• $5–$10 per qualified transfer
• Weekly pay (reliable and consistent)
• Additional performance bonuses

Callers who stay consistent generate strong bonus income.

• Availability during U.S. business hours
