We are building a high-performance outbound team and currently have 15 active tea ---------- mbers. We are expanding quickly and looking for disciplined, reliable callers who want consistent work and real earning potential.

Your role is simple:
Start conversations, qualify prospects, and transfer interested people to our senior specialists.

This is a long-term remote position with steady hours, structured systems, and performance-based upside.

Compensation

• $3–$5/hour (based on experience)
• $5–$10 per qualified live transfer
• Weekly pay (no delays)
• Performance bonuses for top callers

High performers consistently increase earnings through transfer volume.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to U.S. consumers using our dialer
• Follow a proven, simple script (no guessing)
• Ask a small set of qualification questions
• Identify interested and qualified prospects
• Warm transfer calls to senior tea ---------- mbers
• Log basic notes in the CRM

This is a volume + consistency role. Activity matters.
