Social Media Partner - Part-Time / Long-Term

We are a family-run business in Michigan, USA looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Manager to help grow our brands long-term.

You will be managing content for:

- Grazing Gang Ranch (farm lifestyle)
- Kohoe Properties (campground & rentals)
- Discover SW Michigan (local tourism)

What You’ll Do:

- Maintain a minimum of 3 posts per week for each brand (9+ posts weekly)
- Create additional content (especially reels) to improve reach and engagement
- Turn provided photos, videos, and event info into engaging posts
- Develop original content ideas and create posts from scratch
- Continuously optimize content based on performance and platform algorithms
- Schedule content (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Upload and manage content on Pinterest and Shutterstock to help generate additional revenue from our far ---------- dia
- Respond to comments/messages when needed
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to improve speed, quality, and creativity

IMPORTANT (Kohoe Properties):

- You must have SEO experience
- Optimize posts for campground stays, rentals, and local search visibility

Requirements:

- Proven social media experience (please send examples)
- Strong English writing skills
- Proficient with AI tools
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Reels)
- Experience growing pages and improving reach/engagement
- Canva or similar design experience
- Organized, proactive, and consistent
- Able to work independently and suggest new ideas

Nice to Have:

- Video editing (Reels/TikTok style)
- Experience in real estate, travel, or tourism
- Experience uploading to stock platforms (Shutterstock or similar)

Position Details:

- Part-time (with potential to go full time)
