JOB OVERVIEW

Taxi Mom LLC is a fast-growing company built on safety, structure, and reliability in student transportation. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly capable Operations & CRM Virtual Assistant who can support daily operations, maintain system accuracy, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a basic VA role — we need someone who can take ownership, communicate confidently, and adapt to a fast-paced, structured environment.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM (leads, follow-ups, quotes, and records — all within the system)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism (parents, leads, partners)
- Support daily operations, scheduling, and coordination
- Ensure all data is accurate, updated, and organized
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Identify gaps, missed steps, or inefficiencies and proactively address them

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (required)
- Strong customer service experience (required) — confident and professional on calls
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and resourceful — able to support different operational and admin needs
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice to Have
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools
- Background in operations or service-based businesses
- Social media support experience (basic posting/messaging)
