???? AI Video Editor (Realistic AI People + VSL + Short/Long Form)

We’re looking for a high-level video editor who can create realistic AI-generated people and produce strong video content across both short-form and long-form formats.

This is not a basic editing role. We need someone who understands storytelling, branding, fast execution, and can create polished content that fits our brand.

What You’ll Be Doing
Create realistic AI human videos when needed
Edit short-form videos for ads, social media, and content
Edit long-form videos
Create VSLs (Video Sales Letters) using AI where needed
Follow and protect the brand style and quality
Deliver work fast and communicate clearly
What We’re Looking For
Strong video editing skills
Experience with AI video tools for realistic human/avatar creation
Ability to edit both short-form and long-form
Ability to build or support VSL-style edits
Fast communication and reliable turnaround
Strong attention to detail
Someone professional who respects the brand we’re building

Experience with direct-response or performance-style creatives
Strong sense of pacing, hooks, retention, and conversion-focused editing
Motion graphics, captions, sound design, and polishing skills
