We are looking for a skilled Photo & Video Editor who can turn ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content that supports both paid ads and social media growth.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a creative and reliable Photo & Video Editor to help produce high-converting content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. This role is for someone who understands more than just editing. You should know how to create content that grabs attention, keeps viewers watching, and supports marketing goals.

We provide the direction, concepts, and scripts. Your job is to turn them into polished, effective content that fits our brand and helps improve performance over time.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Edit short-form videos for ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Create clean, high-converting photo edits for social media and marketing use
- Add captions, hooks, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Turn scripts and creative concepts into finished videos
- Follow our brand style and help improve it over time
- Deliver high-quality work quickly and consistently
- Communicate clearly and follow instructions closely

**Qualifications:**
- Strong experience in video editing using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Ability to create ad-style content, not just aesthetic edits
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and what makes content perform
- Experience using AI tools is a big plus
- Reliable internet connection and consistent communication
- Able to follow instructions, manage deadlines, and deliver on time
