I run a global wellness and personal transformation business helping people move from burnout to balance through the BENN Method™.

I’m looking for a highly detail-oriented Execution Assistant to support the behind-the-scenes delivery of content, events, and marketing systems.

This is NOT a creative role — it is a precision + execution role.

???? Your Role

You will be responsible for ensuring all content and events are:

? correctly scheduled
? accurately uploaded
? consistent across all platforms
? aligned with provided instructions

???? Tasks Include

Scheduling posts using pre-written captions (no writing required)

Updating Airtable with events and content

Posting across platforms (GHL, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Sending invites and managing event promotion checklists

Checking:

links

dates

time zones

formatting

Ensuring no duplicates or inconsistencies

Following Trello workflows and SOPs

? Hours & Rate

Starting: 10 hours per week

Rate: AUD $6/hour
