About Us
ProSphere Building Solutions is a growing roofing and construction company based in Virginia, USA. We are building a full revenue system using GoHighLevel and need a strong marketing & CRM operator to help us scale. This is NOT a basic VA role.
We are looking for someone who understands marketing systems, automation, and home service lead generation.

Your Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Management
• Build and maintain pipelines
• Create automations (SMS, email, follow-up sequences)
• Set up missed call text-back
• Manage calendars & booking flows
• Build funnels & landing pages
• Maintain website inside GHL
• Upload and manage contact lists
• Track lead conversion metrics

Marketing & Campaign Support
• Create and manage reactivation campaigns
• Build email and SMS nurture sequences
• Manage Google Business Profile posts
• Post on Facebook Marketplace & local groups
• Assist with organic social media content
• Create simple Canva flyers & graphics
• Support door-knocking campaign tracking

Reporting
• Weekly pipeline report
• Lead source tracking
• Conversion tracking
• Estimate follow-up tracking
• Revenue tracking dashboard

Qualifications
You MUST have:
? Proven experience using GoHighLevel
? Built funnels & automations from scratch
? Experience with home service businesses (roofing preferred)
? Strong English communication skills
? Canva experience
? Basic understanding of Facebook & Google Ads
? Organized & system-oriented mindset
Bonus if you:
• Have worked with contractors
• Understand local service marketing
• Have experience setting up reactivation campaigns
