Work directly with a 1M+ follower real estate creator & media company

We are a media and content agency in the real estate space, helping agents, developers, and businesses generate inbound leads through YouTube

We are looking for a Growth Operator to take ownership of our outbound lead generation system and pipeline.

This is not a task-based VA role.
This is a systems + execution role focused on results.

???? Core Responsibility

You will be responsible for ensuring our outbound system consistently generates conversations and booked calls.

This includes:

Making sure no leads go untouched
Lead generation
Running consistent follow-ups
Keeping the pipeline clean and organized
Tracking performance and improving results over time

You are not just sending emails —
you are responsible for making the system work

???? What You’ll Do
Send cold emails + follow-ups daily
Manage and organize all leads (email, Instagram, inbound)
Track full pipeline:
lead ? conversation ? call ? close ? revenue
Maintain and update tracking dashboards (Google Sheets)
Ensure no opportunities slip through
Assist with weekly email newsletter (Constant Contact or similar)
Help improve messaging and reply rates
Work with tools like:
Gmail
Instantly
Constant Contact
ChatGPT / AI tools

Daily outbound volume (emails + follow-ups)
Reply rates
Calls booked
Pipeline organization
Revenue influenced from outbound
???? Ideal Candidate
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Strong with Google Sheets / Excel
Experience with cold email systems (Instantly preferred)
Comfortable writing clear, natural emails
Understands sales, follow-ups, and lead tracking
Thinks in systems and optimization
Takes ownership without needing constant direction

Experience with agencies, creators, or lead generation teams
Experience improving messaging or conversion rates
