We are hiring Data Managers to join our trained placement network working with US real estate companies.
We don’t just hire, we train and place you into active deal pipelines where your work directly impacts real deals.
What You’ll Manage.
DataSift, SmartContact, SmrtPhone
Sheriff Sales, Probate, Tax Sales
CRM pipeline (clean, track, update)
Your Role
Clean and organize all incoming leads.
Remove duplicates + standardize data.
Tag leads by source.
Keep pipeline 100% accurate.
Ensure every lead is followed up.
Core Responsibility (IMPORTANT!)
Every lead must be in the correct stage
No lead sits without follow-up (24–48 hrs max)
No missing or messy data
Pipeline must always be clean and active

Requirements
CRM experience (GoHighLevel, Podio, etc.)
Experience with data tools (DataSift or similar)
Extremely detail-oriented
