???? About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, process-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation across multiple systems.

You will be working with multiple tools, managing high-volume transactions and ensuring absolute accuracy in financial records.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

???? Invoicing & Sales Order Processing
Review completed sales orders
Input and generate invoices in QuickBooks with 100?curacy
Match shipping documents (BOL/POD) and ensure completeness before invoicing
Maintain and update Invoice Tracker in Google Sheets

???? Customer & Product Setup
Create new customer profiles in QuickBooks
Add new SKUs and ensure correct income/expense account mapping
Ensure proper currency handling (USD/EUR)

???? Payment Processing & Matching
Match payments from Maverick, Shopify, and bank feeds to invoices
Investigate discrepancies and resolve mismatches
Track payment batches and reconcile deposits accurately

???? Specialized Invoicing (Advanced)
Process dropship invoices
Handle EU VAT scenarios and compliance requirements
Apply correct tax treatments depending on shipping and billing regions

???? Process Compliance & Documentation
Follow SOPs strictly and flag inconsistencies
Maintain organized documentation (SO, BOL, invoices)
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams

???? What We’re Looking For

? Must-Haves:
2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or Invoicing
Strong experience with QuickBooks
High proficiency in Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, filtering, reconciliation)
Experience handling high-volume transactions
Extreme attention to detail (non-negotiable)

???? Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with ERP systems, Shopify, or Maverick Payments
Exposure to EU VAT rules or international invoicing
Experience with dropshipping or inventory-based businesses
