We're hiring a Creative Media Specialist to produce high-quality images and videos for our agency and our clients. This is NOT a sales role, NOT a strategist role, and NOT a client-facing position.
This role is for someone who can take a brief or reference and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping creative — using both AI tools and hands-on editing skills.
What you'll be doing
Your work will be a mix of AI-generated content and manual editing/production, based on creative briefs and examples we provide.
Main responsibilities include:
Creating high-quality static images and short-form video ads for Meta
Using AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Pika, Leonardo, etc.) to produce professional creative assets
Editing and post-producing video content (cuts, transitions, text overlays, captions, sound design, color grading)
Taking raw footage, stock clips, or AI-generated clips and assembling them into polished final deliverables
Producing UGC-style and direct-response ad creatives for the home remodeling/contractor niche
Iterating quickly on creative variations (new hooks, thumbnails, aspect ratios) for ad testing
Organizing and delivering final assets with correct naming conventions and specs
Following creative SOPs and replicating winning formats across multiple client accounts
You will not be:
Talking to homeowners or clients
Writing ad strategy or media buying
Making creative decisions without direction (unless asked)
Must-haves (read carefully)
Strong portfolio showing image and video work (AI-generated and/or traditionally edited)
Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects)
Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, DALL-E, Flux, Leonardo, etc.)
Eye for design, composition, and what looks good in a social media feed
Able to match a reference or style guide and replicate it consistently
Fast turnaround — comfortable producing multiple assets per day
Strong attention to detail on specs, formatting, and file delivery
Reliable, consistent, and organized
Willing to work U.S. business hours
Nice to have (not required)
Experience creating ads specifically for Meta
Familiarity with direct-response or performance marketing creative
Motion graphics or animation skills
ClickUp experience
Prior agency experience or experience producing creative at volume
