YouTube Shorts Maker

We’re looking for a highly skilled YouTube Shorts creator who understands what makes content go viral. This is NOT just a video editing role — we need someone who can handle the entire process from idea to final upload-ready video.

You will be responsible for researching and identifying viral niches and trends, coming up with high-performing video ideas, writing engaging and retention-focused scripts, and creating/editing YouTube Shorts. You should be able to produce 1 high-quality short per day and continuously improve content based on performance.

We are looking for someone who has proven experience creating viral short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels), understands hooks, retention, and pacing, and knows how to analyze viral videos and transform them into original content. You should be skilled in fast-paced, engaging editing and be self-sufficient, creative, and consistent.

Bonus if you have experience using AI tools for scripting, voiceovers, or editing, understand faceless content formats, or have worked on viral-style content such as quizzes, storytelling, or educational shorts.

In addition to base pay, bonuses will be given for high-performing videos, especially those that reach strong view milestones or go viral. If you know how to create winning content, you’ll be rewarded for it.
