We run a fast-growing d2c apparel brand selling globally. Our products move through aggressive paid social — primarily
We test a lot. We move quickly. And we need someone who can keep up.
The Role
We need a graphic designer who can produce high-converting static and mixed-media ad creatives and landing page assets — fast, clean, and built for direct response. This isn’t a brand awareness role. Every asset you create is designed to stop a scroll and drive a click.
You’ll be working primarily with AI image generation tools (nano banana etc) alongside Photoshop, Canva, or Figma to produce polished, ready-to-run deliverables.
What You’ll Be Producing
•
• Landing page hero images, product shots, and section graphics
• Ad creative variations for split testing (hook images, overlays, text treatments)
• Lifestyle-style product images using AI generation + retouching
• Thumbnail and graphic support for video ads
• Occasional
What We Need From You
Non-negotiable:
• Proven experience with AI image generation tools (nano banano or similiar)
• Strong Photoshop or equivalent skills — AI output always needs finishing
• Portfolio showing real ad creatives or ecommerce assets (not just portfolio pieces)
• Ability to work within a brand — not just produce pretty things
• Fast turnaround. We brief, you execute. Two-day cycles are standard.
• Clear communication on timelines. If something’s going to be late, we hear about it before the deadline — not after.
Highly regarded:
• Experience in direct response, performance marketing, or ecommerce creative
• Exposure to
• Dropshipping or DTC brand background
• Comfortable with ClickUp or similar project management tools
How We Work
We brief in ClickUp. Deliverables go back through ClickUp. Revisions are handled fast. We don’t micromanage — but we do expect ownership of tasks and deadlines.
This starts as a project-based engagement. If output quality and reliability are there, it grows into an ongoing weekly role.

1. What AI image tools do you use? Walk us through how you go from a brief to a final ad creative — what’s your actual process?
2. Share one ad creative you made that you think actually worked commercially. Why do you think it worked?
3. What’s the difference between a design that looks good and a design that converts?
To Apply
