Web QA Tester & Lead Generation Scout (Base + High Commission)

The Role:
We are a Canadian technology agency (JBE / 3lions) building high-speed web infrastructure. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to act as our primary Quality Assurance tester and Lead Generation Scout.

This is a fast-paced role where you communicate directly with our Director via Slack/Email. You do not need to write code. You need to have an eagle eye for detail and a hustle mentality for finding good agency clients.

Priority 1: Quality Assurance (On-Demand)
When we build a new site or system, you are our first line of defense. You will review the work from an aesthetic and functionality perspective. Does it look great? Do the buttons work? You will document bugs and report them back to our team via Slack.

Priority 2: The Scout Mission (Daily)
Your primary daily mission is to hunt for high-value web development and AI consulting contracts on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

The Goal: Find 10 highly qualified job postings per platform, per day.

The Process: You find the job and send the exact posting to our Director via Slack. Our internal AI systems will generate the perfect proposal. You will then receive the proposal back and submit it to the client using a remote-desktop connection to our Canadian server.

Compensation Structure:
We want you to grow with our agency. We heavily reward success.

Part-Time Base Salary: $250 USD / month (for approx. 20 hours/week of QA and scouting).

Acceptance Bonus: $5 USD flat bonus for every proposal you scout that is accepted by the client.

Completion Commission: 5% of the total project value for every completed project you scouted. (Example: You scout a $2,000 web build, you get a $100 bonus upon completion).

Requirements:

Absolute fluency in written English.

High attention to visual detail for website QA testing.

Comfortable using Slack for rapid communication.

Comfortable using Remote Desktop software to access our secure Canadian workstations.
