WooCommerce Product & Inventory Specialist (WordPress + JetEngine)

About Us

We are a growing trailer dealership based in (USA) with a strong reputation for customer service and product expertise. We are building a modern e-commerce system using WordPress and WooCommerce and need a detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to help manage and improve our product listings and inventory accuracy.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in clean, accurate work and wants to grow with a business.

Your Role

You will be responsible for building, editing, and maintaining product listings inside WordPress/WooCommerce, ensuring all product data is accurate, consistent, and optimized.

This is not just data entry — this role requires:

Attention to detail

Ability to verify information

Structured thinking

Consistency across hundreds of products

Our System (Important)

We use the following tools:

WordPress + WooCommerce

Elementor

JetEngine (custom fields / meta boxes)

JetFilters (site filtering)

ATUM (inventory management)

Google Sheets (source data)

Products are created from:
Manufacturer Invoices ? Spreadsheet ? WordPress Product Listing

Core Responsibilities
1. Product Listing Creation & Editing

Create and update WooCommerce product listings

Input clean, structured product data (not one long description)

Use JetEngine fields correctly (specifications, features, dimensions, etc.)

Ensure formatting is consistent across all listings

2. Inventory & Stock Management

Set correct Stock Status + Quantity

Understand different statuses (in stock, incoming, order-only, etc.)

Ensure products display correctly on the website and feeds

3. Product Data Accuracy

Cross-check all product details with:

Manufacturer websites

Spec sheets

Internal data

Fix incorrect measurements, options, or specs

4. Product Attributes & Filters

Maintain clean and consistent attributes:

Length

Width

Type

Category

This directly affects website filters and search functionality

5. Ongoing Cleanup & Optimization

Identify errors or inconsistencies

Suggest improvements to product structure

Help us build a more scalable system

What We Are Looking For
Required Experience

WooCommerce product management

WordPress backend experience

Experience working with product catalogs (100+ products)

Strong attention to detail

Highly Preferred

Experience with JetEngine or custom fields

Experience cleaning up messy product data

Understanding of product attributes and filtering systems

Basic SEO knowledge (titles, meta, structure)
