Cold Caller / Telemarketer

I need someone to cold call businesses for me as I don't have the time to do it anymore. I offer lead generation services in the United States and our results are great. Selling our service is fairly easy.
You will get a sales script which worked for us but you can use your own script if you want.
The working hours are flexible. You decide when you work and how much you work. Obviously, you should be working during opening times in the US.

Your tasks:
I will give you an industry and a location and you will
a) look up companies after my criteria (very easy)
b) call them and inform them about our services
c) close them
d) take notes in a spreadsheet
e) send me the contact info of closed clients so that I can send out the bill

Requirements:
- You have to speak perfect English
- You don't have an accent (or almost none)
- You have a setup to call from a US phone number or you are willing to setup Google Voice to get a US number
- You know somewhat how to close prospects
- Ideally, you have done similar jobs successfully before and you can show me references
- Ideally, you can send me a minute long snippet of you speaking English
