Short-form property reels

Style We’re Looking For
Clean, modern editing (not over-edited)
Strong pacing and retention
Professional subtitles (clear + readable)
Subtle zooms, cuts, and motion

Responsibilities
Edit 5–15 videos per week (mostly short-form)
Add captions, music, and light graphics
Follow provided references and templates
Keep files organized and consistent
Turnaround Expectations:
Short-form: 24–48 hours
Long-form: 2–4 days
Requirements
Experience editing short-form content (REQUIRED)
Experience with talking head / ad-style content
Fluent in English
Strong understanding of viewer retention
Reliable and communicative
Editing Software
Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
(No CapCut editors)
