JOB OVERVIEW

We are an AI ecommerce platform. We have a partner program where ecommerce freelancers and consultants use our AI tools on their clients' stores and earn from it.

We need someone to do two things:

1. Find and recruit ecommerce freelancers and consultants into the program. Not on one platform. Everywhere they are: Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, ---------- , Slack, forums, freelance marketplaces, wherever you discover them. The freelancers are not hard to find. There are tens of thousands in ecommerce communities already. The hard part is earning their trust and getting them to act.

2. Build our partner community from zero. We have a Facebook group and a ---------- group. Both have zero members today. Your job is to turn them into places ecommerce freelancers actually want to be. As the community grows, you d ---------- where to expand next.

This role grows. You start by recruiting and building. If you perform, you manage the entire partner community and help shape how we work with freelancers long-term.

You are the right person if:
— You have recruited freelancers, affiliates, or partners for a platform before
— You have built or grown an online community (any platform, any size)
— You are active across multiple platforms, not just one
— You understand what makes someone ignore a message and what makes them respond
— You can manage many conversations at the same time without losing people
— Your English sounds like a real person, not a template

Pay: $5/hr, 20 hours/week, paid weekly in advance. You also get a scout account with a referral code. Every scout you recruit who converts a client to a paid plan earns you $5 automatically through the platform. You can also earn $25-$150 directly if you convert clients yourself. Part-time to start, moves to full-time based on results.

To apply, answer these 2 questions:

1. You are given two empty groups (Facebook and ---------- ) for ecommerce freelancers and consultants. Zero members. In 30 days you need 200 real, engaged members. How do you do it? Be specific.

2. An ecommerce freelancer who already earns good money managing client stores sees your group or your message. Why would they join a community run by a company they have never heard of? What would make them stay after the first week?

Do not send a resume. Do not send a cover letter. Answer the 2 questions.
