Lead Generation & Email Outreach Assistant (eCommerce AI Shopping Assistance)

About Us:
We run Phixtra ---------- , a live AI shopping assistant for WooCommerce stores.

Phixtra helps online stores increase sales by:
• recommending products to customers
• recovering abandoned carts
• assisting shoppers before checkout
• handing complex queries to human staff

We are currently onboarding new WooCommerce stores to use our system.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable assistant to find WooCommerce stores and contact them with personalised emails inviting them to try our 14-day free trial.

Tools:
You will use BuiltWith (we already have a paid subscription) to find WooCommerce websites.

Responsibilities:

• Use BuiltWith to find WooCommerce stores
• Visit each website and understand what they sell
• Select only high-quality stores (no small or inactive sites)
• Write a personalised first line for each email
• Send outreach emails using our template
• Track all contacts and replies in Google Sheets
• Send follow-ups after 2–3 days

Daily Target:

• 20–30 emails per day
• At least 10 highly personalised messages

Requirements:

• Good written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to research and understand websites
• Must follow instructions carefully
• No copy-paste or spam emails

Performance Bonuses:
• £5 per trial signup
• £10 per paying customer

High performers will receive increased bonuses.

Important:
This is a quality-based role. Emails must be personalised and relevant to each store.

Trial Task:
Please find 5 WooCommerce stores using BuiltWith and write a personalised first line for each.

Example:
"I noticed your store sells a wide range of home fitness equipment..."

Only applicants who complete the trial task will be considered.
