Course Creator / LMS Specialist for Real Estate Training Programs

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced course creator to build engaging online training courses for our real estate business. This role involves creating both real estate agent training courses and SOP/staff training courses inside TalentLMS or LearnWorlds.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing professional online learning content, editing videos, embedding YouTube videos, organizing course modules, and adding quizzes and other interactive elements. Experience working on real estate-related training is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Build online training courses from provided content, outlines, or source materials

Create clear, professional course structures for agent training and staff SOP training

Edit and format video content for online learning

Embed YouTube videos and other multimedia into courses

Add quizzes, assessments, and interactive learning components

Upload and organize content within TalentLMS or LearnWorlds

Ensure courses are user-friendly, visually polished, and easy to navigate

Recommend best practices for learner engagement and course completion

Required Qualifications:

Mandatory experience with TalentLMS or LearnWorlds

Experience creating and launching online courses from start to finish

Strong video editing skills

Experience embedding videos, creating quizzes, and formatting LMS content

Ability to take raw content and turn it into a polished training experience

Strong attention to detail and organized project management

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating real estate training courses

Familiarity with real estate agent onboarding, compliance, sales, or operations training

Experience developing SOP-based staff training programs

Instructional design experience is a plus
