JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We're hiring 2 Associate Brand Manager who will work directly under the Senior Brand Manager to execute day-to-day brand operations. This is a hands-on role focused on the “legwork” that drives performance: optimizing listings, managing keyword research, coordinating creative projects, and pulling actionable data.

If the Senior Brand Manager sets the playbook, the Associate Brand Manager runs the plays — ensuring everything gets executed on time, correctly, and at a high level.

Key Responsibilities
1. Listing Management & Optimization
Create, update, and fully optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, videos, A+ content).
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve rankings and visibility.
Ensure all listings remain Rufus and Cosmos compliant with Amazon’s latest requirements.
Test content variations (A/B testing) to improve CTR and conversions.

2. Data Research & Analysis
Pull performance data from Amazon Seller Central and external tools (Data Dive, Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
Identify trends, keyword shifts, and competitor activity.
Provide actionable recommendations to the Senior Brand Manager to improve conversions, CTR, and sales velocity.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with the graphic design team to request, coordinate, and deliver images, infographics, and A+ creatives.
Partner with the marketing team to support product launches, promotions, and review-generation initiatives.
Ensure all projects are aligned with deadlines, strategy, and brand guidelines.

4. Conversion-Focused Execution
Continuously update and refine listings to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
Maintain Amazon Brand Stores, A+ content, and ad creatives for consistency and performance.
Assist in preparing assets for influencer campaigns and external marketing pushes.

5. Project & Compliance Support
Own the administrative “heavy lifting” of flat files, bulk uploads, and catalog troubleshooting.
Flag compliance issues, unauthorized sellers, or listing errors for quick resolution.
Support market expansion efforts by preparing research and draft listings for new product opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

2+ years experience in Amazon FBA operations, brand management, or digital marketing.
Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, flat files, listing creation, and troubleshooting.
Strong skills in SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
Data-driven mindset; confident in Google Sheets and reporting.
Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
