We are expanding and need a reliable, detail-oriented Loan Processing Manager who can take full ownership of the loan process.
Role Details
Position: AU Mortgage Loan Processing Manager
Employment: Full-Time (Work From Home)
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 PHP (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Manila Time)
During Australian Daylight Saving Time (DST):
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
You will manage the full loan lifecycle from submission to settlement:
Process Australian home loan applications end-to-end
Manage files through CRM (Infynity preferred), Quickli, AOL, and lender portals
Coordinate with clients, brokers, lenders, solicitors, and valuers
Follow up documents and provide updates via phone and
Liaise with lenders and third parties to progress applications
Manage compliance documents and lender requirements
Maintain accurate CRM notes and file updates
Ensure all files meet NCCP, ASIC, and Privacy Act standards
Requirements
3–5 years experience in Australian mortgage processing (broker-side preferred)
Strong CRM experience (Infynity is a major advantage)
Familiarity with Quickli, AOL, and lender portals
Solid understanding of refinance, discharge, FHOG, investor loans, and top-ups
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident making calls to clients, lenders, and solicitors
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
Reliable work-from-home setup with stable internet
Highly regarded:
Experience with Aussie, Loan Market, Mortgage Choice, Connective, AFG, or Finsure
Exposure to complex scenarios (SMSF, trusts, investor structures)
