Cross Listing Virtual Assistant - Shopify, Ebay, Facebook

We are a family owned high-performance bicycle shop (Cycling Forza) looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and expand our online presence. Your primary role will be taking our physical and digital inventory and accurately listing it across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management: Create high-quality product listings on our Shopify store, including SEO-friendly titles, detailed technical descriptions, and organized image galleries.

Cross-Listing: Synchronize and push inventory from Shopify to eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, and Poshmark.

Technical Accuracy: Ensure that technical specs (groupsets, frame sizes, component materials, frame geometry and compatibility) are 100 curate for every listing.

Inventory Sync: Assist in ensuring that when an item sells on one platform, it is accurately reflected/removed from others to prevent double-selling.

Basic Photo Editing: Crop and clean up product photos to ensure a professional look across all platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing Shopify and eBay stores.

Multi-Channel Tools: Experience with cross-listing software such as Flyp.

Optional Cycling Knowledge: Interest in or knowledge of bicycles and high-end cycling components, parts and accessories is highly preferred.

Attention to Detail: You must be able to spot the difference between various bike parts and technical specifications.

Communication: Strong written English skills for professional product descriptions and customer inquiries.
