E-commerce Operator (Shopify, Product Pages, AI, Growth Focused)

IMPORTANT: Only apply if you have proven experience working with Shopify stores and managing product listings, AI tools, and daily e-commerce operations. Beginners will not be considered.

We are looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to join a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the US market.

This is NOT a basic VA role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an operator and takes ownership.

Main responsibilities:

* Creating and managing high-converting product listings (Shopify)
* Generating product images using AI tools (Midjourney, Gemini, etc.)
* Uploading and organizing products (descriptions, variants, pricing)
* Basic social media management (posting, scheduling, content handling)
* Communicating with suppliers
* Supporting day-to-day store operations

Requirements:

* Proven experience with Shopify (must)
* Experience with product listing creation (must)
* Experience with AI tools for images/content (must)
* Strong understanding of e-commerce operations
* High ownership mentality (you take responsibility, not just tasks)
* Fluent in English

Bonus:

* Experience with social media management
* Experience in US market brands
* Understanding of DTC brands
