Short-Form Video Editor | Organic-Style Instagram & TikTok (CapCut)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Performance Video Editor to join our team. Your mission will be to create high-performing organic video for Instagram and TikTok that don't look like ads. If you have a knack for creating content that stops the scroll and engages audiences, we want to talk to you.

This is a long-term, fully remote position for an editor who is passionate about the intersection of creativity and data, and is excited by the opportunity to have their work directly impact business results.

What You'll Do:

- Edit raw footage into compelling, fast-paced short-form video tailored for organic TikToks and Instagram Reels.
- Incorporate viral trends, engaging hooks, and retention-focused pacing to maximize performance.
- Add dynamic captions, relevant B-roll, and sound design to create a native viewing experience.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to test new creative concepts and iterate on winning ads to scale campaigns.
- Analyze ad performance to understand what resonates with the audience and apply those insights to future edits.

Who We're Looking For:

- A Viral Content Creator: You have proven experience creating organic short-form videos (TikToks, Reels) that have achieved significant reach and engagement. You understand what makes content shareable and how to capture attention in the first three seconds.
- A Performance-Minded Editor: You are excited by the idea of your creative work driving measurable results. Experience editing direct-response or paid social ads is a major plus.
- CapCut or Premiere Pro Whiz: You are highly proficient in a fast-paced editing workflow using modern tools.
- Excellent Communicator: You have strong English skills and are reliable, detail-oriented, and can work independently.
- Available & Ready: You have a perfect internet connection and are available to dedicate 3-4 hours daily to this role.
- This is a part-time remote role requiring approximately 24 hours per week (around 4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday), with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance.

Compensation & Growth: Earn Based on Performance

We believe in rewarding top talent for outstanding results. This role offers a unique compensation structure designed to give you significant earning potential.

- Base Rate: You will start with a competitive base rate of $10 per hour.
- Performance Bonuses: On top of your hourly rate, you will earn substantial monthly bonuses for creating viral videos and "winning" ads that meet or exceed performance targets. Our bonus structure is uncapped.
- Earning Potential: Our top-performing editors consistently earn $3,000 - $5,000+ per month by creating ads that convert.

This is not a gig. It is a long-term partnership. Most of our editors have been with us for over a year, and we are committed to investing in your growth and success.
