Real Estate Cold Caller — Motivated Seller Acquisitions

What You'll Do:
Make outbound cold calls to motivated seller lists daily
Qualify leads using a proven script and intake process
Set callbacks, and submit leads through a form
Report daily metrics and progress to the team lead

Work Schedule
This role requires a split shift to maximize contact rates with U.S. property owners.
Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST (3 hours of live calls)
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST (4 hours of live calls)
Monday through Friday (Availability during BOTH shifts is required)

Compensation:
$4/hr base rate - 35 hours/week
5% commission on any deal that closes from a lead you generated
Paid weekly via Wise

Requirements:
Clear, neutral English accent — confident and professional on the phone
Prior experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, or sales (strongly preferred)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment
Available for both shift blocks, Monday–Friday (US Eastern Time)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
