THE VISION

Prismiera - luxury jewelry.

We're going to be building cinematic para-social content on Instagram/TikTok, with flexibility to pivot formats based on what the platform is rewarding. Realistic, stylized, dark feminine aesthetic, mythology underneath, luxury fashion on the surface. Think if a high-end fashion editorial had lore and a storyline.

The content follows a simple rhythm: our heroine talks to camera like a real person — casual, smart, magnetic — then something cinematic happens that changes everything you just saw. The audience replays it.

We're hiring for taste first, artistry, cinematography, humor, and technical execution. We provide all AI tools and training if needed. You bring the instinct.

THE CONTENT MIX

65% VIBE & SCENARIO — The reel a woman sends to her group chat with no caption.
25% CINEMATIC SKITS — High-end execution of viral formats and humor. The premise can be unhinged; the visuals never break luxury canon.
10% SENSORY / EXPERIMENTAL — Layered, fast, loop-optimized. The algorithmic wildcard.

THE STYLE

YES: Aspirational. Lethal elegance. Fashion-edit energy. Dark femininity. Music-driven impact. Cinematic skits.

NO: Generic CapCut presets. Generic motivational reels. Anything made in Canva.

You instinctively know the difference between "luxury" and "cheap." Between powerful and loud. That instinct is what we're hiring for.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Produce original IG Reels and TikToks — parasocial content into cinematic reveal
- Build cinematic skits around our AI personas using trending formats and dark humor
- Integrate AI-generated characters into edits so they feel like they belong in the scene, not pasted on top
- Learn and use frontier AI generation tools (we provide paid accounts + training if needed)
- Music-sync editing — cuts married to the beat, rhythm as a storytelling weapon
- Design for platform behavior — what gets saved on IG, what loops on TikTok
- Ramp from 3–5 pieces/week to 6–10 at steady state

REQUIREMENTS

- Portfolio that makes us stop scrolling — we're evaluating taste, creative vision, and editing execution as a package. All three matter.
- Music-sync editing instinct (AMVs, fashion reels, phonk edits, fan edits — any genre)
- Work that has atmospheric, cinematic depth — layered compositions, light/shadow awareness, visual storytelling that goes beyond straight cuts and generic Capcut presets. Whether you achieve this in After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci, or anything else doesn't matter. The output is everything.
- Strong English, clear async communication, reliable deadlines
- Coachable — takes direct feedback and iterates fast

BONUS (affects your rate): After Effects proficiency, AI generation experience (Kling, Veo, Seedream), color grading, typography, sound design

HOW TO APPLY

7. Turnaround. Given existing footage, potential music track, and an established template — how long for a 15–20s piece? How long for a 45s stitched cinematic AI video?
