Shopify & Etsy Growth Manager (Product Upload + Design + Sales)

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Ecommerce Manager to help grow our business on Shopify, Etsy, and our company website.
This is NOT just a task-based role.
Your main goal is to increase sales and improve conversion, not just upload products.

Responsibilities:
Upload and optimize products on Shopify and Etsy
Create or edit product designs and mockups
Improve product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
Perform SEO for Etsy and Shopify
Optimize product pages to increase conversion
Manage orders, basic customer messages, and store organization
Make basic updates to our website (HTML/CSS is a plus)
Suggest ideas weekly to increase traffic and sales

Requirements:
Proven experience with Shopify and Etsy
Strong understanding of Etsy SEO
Experience improving conversion rates (CRO)
Ability to create or edit designs / product images
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
Good written English
Detail-oriented and proactive
