About This Role
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of Google and Meta Ads campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll be the person in the platform every day, building campaigns from the ground up, keeping budgets on track, and making the data-driven tweaks that turn good performance into great performance.
This is a hands-on execution role. You'll manage campaign lifecycles end to end, from setup and launch through to ongoing optimisation and reporting. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from a well-structured account, clean data, and campaigns that consistently hit their targets, this is for you.
Your Day-to-Day
You'll be responsible for building and managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, remarketing) and Meta Ads (audience setup, placements, budgets, creatives, and A/B testing). On any given day, you might be launching a new campaign, adjusting bids and budgets to improve CPA or ROAS, reviewing performance data to spot what's working (and what's not), or pulling together a clear report for the team.
You'll also be the one making sure the details don't slip. That means keeping account structures clean, maintaining negative keyword lists and exclusions, managing audiences, and making sure tracking is accurate across GA4, GTM, and conversion actions. When something's off, you'll catch it early and either fix it or flag it.
Where relevant, you'll work with eCommerce campaign elements like product feeds, Shopping campaigns, and conversion value tracking.
What We're Looking For
You'll have at least 5 years of hands-on experience running campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads. You're comfortable managing multiple accounts at once without dropping the ball on quality or detail. You know your way around bid strategies, audience targeting, and the optimisation levers that make a real difference to performance.
You're someone who reads data naturally and uses it to make smart decisions rather than guessing. You manage your time well across competing priorities, and when you communicate, you're clear and to the point, whether that's flagging a problem, sharing a result, or summarising what happened last week.
Bonus Skills
Experience contributing to campaign strategy, testing plans, or channel planning would be great. Familiarity with Looker Studio dashboards or Google Sheets reporting is a plus. eCommerce experience (Shopping, Performance Max, feed management, ROAS/MER tracking) is valued. Understanding of Google and Meta policy compliance, or exposure to SEO, CRO, or

How We'll Know It's Working

Accounts are tidy with clean structures, current exclusions, and reliable tracking. Reports land on time with clear, useful takeaways. And when something needs attention, you've already spotted it.
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
