E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Photo Editing + Product Listings) – Full Time

We are a fast-growing estate sale company based in the U.S. looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help process and upload items for online estate sales.

This role includes photo editing, product listing creation, and admin support.
We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with our company.

Responsibilities:
Edit product photos using Lightroom (crop, straighten, light adjustments)
Rename photos based on SKU numbers
Use ChatGPT and Gemini to generate product titles, descriptions, and pricing
Upload listings to our online sales platform
Organize files in Google Drive
Assist with basic admin tasks (email organization, scheduling, etc.)

Requirements:
Experience with Adobe Lightroom (or similar photo editing tools)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good written English
Comfortable using ChatGPT or AI tools
Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines

Bonus (Not Required):
Experience with eBay, Shopify, or WooCommerce
Experience with bulk product uploads
Previous e-commerce or listing experience
