Customer Support

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

This is not a basic support role. You will be responsible for delivering fast, high-quality customer support while leveraging AI tools to operate efficiently.

Your role will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Providing clear, professional, and empathetic responses
- Using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) to assist and improve response quality
- Handling multiple languages with AI
- Identifying recurring issues and helping improve internal processes

Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in additional languages with AI
- Experience with customer support is preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools (or willing to learn fast)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and follow systems

Important:
We are not looking for someone who copies/pastes answers. We are looking for someone who can think, adapt, and use AI as a tool to improve performance.
