JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a full-time creative weapon to join our growing digital marketing agency.

This is not a slow, corporate design role — this is for someone who can produce high-performing ad creatives at scale.

You’ll be working directly with our team to turn briefs into scroll-stopping Facebook & Instagram ads for real clients across Australia.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Turning briefs into high-converting ad creatives

Creating:

Static image ads (Canva / Photoshop)

Video ads (CapCut / After Effects)

Producing multiple variations of creatives for testing

Editing videos with:

Hooks

Captions

Fast pacing

Attention-grabbing visuals

Improving creatives based on performance feedback

???? What We’re Looking For

You MUST:

Be fast and able to produce creatives daily

Understand what makes people stop scrolling

Have experience with:

Photoshop

Canva

CapCut

After Effects (bonus but preferred)

Be able to follow briefs but also think creatively

Have a good eye for:

Layout

Readability

Clean, modern design

Be reliable, responsive, and easy to work with

???? Bonus Points If You:

Understand Facebook Ads & what converts

Have worked with ad creatives before (not just general design)

Can take initiative and suggest improvements

Know how to repurpose content into multiple variations
