We are looking for a video editor who specialises in high-retention, fast-paced short-form editing.

This role is best suited to someone who understands anime-inspired editing styles, internet culture, modern TikTok pacing, strong rhythm, sharp cuts, engaging visual structure, and attention-driven sequencing. You should know how to create edits that feel energetic, current, and built to hold attention.

A strong understanding of basic colour correction and overall visual polish is also important. We are looking for someone who can make footage feel cleaner, more consistent, and more visually appealing without overprocessing it.

We are not looking for editors whose style is primarily based in corporate, commercial, real estate, talking-head, or slow-paced promotional content. While that type of editing has its place, it is not what this role requires.

The editor we hire should be confident with:

fast, engaging pacing

strong timing and rhythm

sharp cut selection

attention-grabbing visual flow

edits designed to stop scroll and hold attention
