As a radio show program director I need you to:
Do google searches for potential guests:
For example I ask you to create a google spreadsheet listing all the congress member in Arizona and then call and email their press contacts to see if we can get them to be guests
on our radio show. If they are interested then I will reconnect and schedule them for a radio interview date. So you are breaking the ice then I will follow up.
Same with Business owners I give you an assignment to call, text and email top real estate agents. You make the initial call or text, once they respond I take over.
