GoHighLevel (GHL) Onboarding Specialist (Remote – Per Project)

We are a U.S.-based marketing agency specializing in lead generation and appointment setting for home service businesses (roofing, construction, etc.).

We are looking for a detail-oriented GoHighLevel expert to handle client onboarding and system setup inside GHL.

???? Role Overview

Your responsibility will be to set up new client accounts inside GoHighLevel based on our standard onboarding process.
This is a task-based role with clear SOPs. Each onboarding is structured and designed to be completed efficiently.

???? Compensation

$50 per completed client onboarding
Each onboarding is expected to take less than 1 hour
Currently onboarding ~1 new client per week
Potential for increased volume as the company grows

???? Responsibilities

Set up new client accounts in GoHighLevel
Configure pipelines, tags, and basic automations
Import or organize lead data if needed
Connect phone numbers, domains, or forms (if required)
Ensure all onboarding steps are completed according to SOP
Communicate completion status with the team

???? Requirements

Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Familiarity with:
Pipelines & opportunities
Workflows & automation
Contacts & tagging systems
Forms, calendars, and basic integrations
High attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs exactly
Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
Reliable communication and responsiveness

? Preferred (Not Required)

Experience onboarding marketing agency clients
Basic understanding of Facebook lead generation systems
Familiarity with Zapier or integrations
