ABOUT US
We're a hospitality tech startup based in the U.S., building software that helps hotels run more smoothly. Think of us as the digital backbone for small and mid-sized lodging businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Handle a variety of admin and operations tasks to help our small team stay on top of things.
* Run new user onboardings, following a preset series of steps and communication templates, and make sure new users feel guided and confident by the end.
* Respond to first?level customer support via
* Help keep our HubSpot CRM neat and organized and run simple activity reports for management.
* Support marketing activities like data cleanup, basic content updates, and lead organization.
* Draft and maintain documentation and training materials, including simple screen?recorded videos.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
* Super organized, with an eye for detail.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or operations, ideally in a service-based business.
* Fast learner who can follow detailed instructions - and knows when to ask clarifying questions.
* Reliable internet and a workspace that lets you focus.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
* Experience supporting a SaaS product or hotel / property management software.
* Hands?on experience with HubSpot (contacts, deals, tasks, reports).
* Comfort using tools like Loom, Jira, and Google Workspace.
THE DETAILS
* Pay: USD $4-$8/hour (based on experience and skills).
* Hours: Part?time (15-25 hours per week to start), with potential to grow to 30-40 hours per week (full-time) depending on results.
* Schedule: At least 3-4 hours of overlap with U.S. Mountain Time on weekdays; we can discuss the exact schedule.
* Where: 100% remote.
