TikTok Outreach Assistant for Lead Finding and Manual Engagement

Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented outreach assistant to help us find relevant posts, identify high-intent leads, and engage manually in a natural way across platforms like TikTok and Reddit.

This is not a mass-spam role. We need someone who can think contextually, write clean English, and follow instructions carefully.

Your responsibilities will include:

- finding relevant TikTok and Reddit posts where people are actively looking for vendors or asking related questions
- identifying high-intent leads and organizing them in a Google Sheet
- leaving manual, context-based comments when appropriate
- flagging hot leads for our team to follow up
- helping us stay active and visible in the niche in a natural way

What we need from you:

- good written English
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions closely
- ability to write comments in different natural ways depending on the context
- experience with TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, or manual outreach is a plus

- this is not a copy-paste spam role
- comments and engagement must feel natural and relevant to the post
- we care a lot about quality and consistency
