Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer (Road & Bridge Design)
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Experience Level: Mid to Senior (5–10+ years)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers with strong expertise in **roadway and bridge design** to support infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in **engineering design, calculations, and technical analysis** for transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform design and analysis for roads, highways, and bridges
Prepare engineering calculations, plans, and specifications
Develop and review technical drawings using AutoCAD / Civil 3D
Conduct design checks and ensure compliance with standards
Coordinate with project teams to deliver accurate and timely outputs
Assist in project planning and technical problem-solving

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
5–10+ years of experience in road and/or bridge design

Strong knowledge of:
Highway design standards
Structural design principles (for bridges)
Proficiency in:
* AutoCAD / Civil 3D
* Structural design software (e.g., STAAD, MIDAS, SAP2000)
* Ability to perform **independent engineering calculations**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working on infrastructure or transportation projects
Exposure to international standards (AASHTO, etc.)
Professional license (a plus but not required)
